›Why one plan instead of starter / pro / enterprise tiers?
Because comparison-shopping a plan calculator is exactly the friction we don't want sole traders to have. One paid plan ($29/mo) gets you every feature we ship — voice, SMS, WhatsApp, auto-chase, lead widget, receipt OCR, BAS export, 60-second send undo, the lot. ›Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription in Settings → Billing (self-serve via the Stripe portal). Cancellations take effect at the end of your current period — no surprise charges.
›What happens when I hit my voice-quote quota on Free?
You can still create unlimited manual quotes and send them by email. Voice dictation pauses until the next calendar month, or until you upgrade to Pro.
›Are the prices in AUD and include GST?
Yes — all prices shown are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive. A tax invoice with our ABN is generated automatically after every successful charge.
›Where is my data stored?
Primarily in Supabase data centres in the Asia-Pacific region. AI transcription and extraction run via OpenAI / Groq servers in the United States — you consent to this at signup. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
›Is this a full job-management suite?
No — and that's the point. VoxQuote is laser-focused on the one thing that wins tradies jobs: replying to a quote request in 30 seconds, voice-first from the ute. If you're a sole operator, that's probably all you need. If you've scaled to a crew and need scheduling, dispatch, and payroll on top, we pair happily with any job-management suite you already use.
›Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if you're within your first 14 days on a paid plan, email support@voxquote.com.au. Monthly subscribers get the full first month refunded; annual subscribers get a 14-day pro-rated refund of the annual fee. We'll ask one short question about why so we can fix the gap, but the refund itself isn't conditional on the answer. This is in addition to (not instead of) your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
›Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
