What VoxQuote is

VoxQuote is a voice-first quoting app for Australian tradies. You open the app, tap the mic, say who the customer is, what the job is, and what the price is — in whatever order feels natural. AI transcribes, extracts line items, adds GST, drafts the message in your brand voice, and a customer-facing quote page goes out via SMS, email or WhatsApp. The customer taps Accept on their phone, signs with their finger or types their name, and you get paid.

It's deliberately narrow. We don't do scheduling, timesheets, GPS tracking, or multi-warehouse inventory. We do one thing — sending quotes — faster than anyone.

• Plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, builders, tilers, HVAC, solar, cleaners, handymen and 30+ other AU trades
• Anyone who hates typing quotes at 10pm on the laptop

Who it's not for

If you're a 50-person commercial electrical contractor running multi-stage project billing with van-stock inventory, VoxQuote will feel thin. Pick simPRO or AroFlo. If you need 2-way live Xero sync on day one, pick Tradify. If your trade lives in live supplier catalogues (HVAC, solar), QuoteMate is likely a better fit. We link to their sites — we'd rather you pick the right tool than a wrong one just because it was us.

How we're built

• AU-region hosted. Database + storage in Asia-Pacific region. AI processing (Whisper / GPT) runs in the US — disclosed at signup with explicit consent. Designed to support Privacy Act 1988 + Australian Privacy Principles compliance.
• Weekly ship. At least one user-visible improvement per week — see the changelog.
• Public roadmap. We tell you what's next at /roadmap.
• AU-compliant SMS. Spam Act 2003 STOP-handling, suppression list, A2P registration — we handle the messy stuff.
